1. Prohibited activities
Developing or evaluating biological, chemical, radiological, or nuclear weapons.
Violating export controls (EAR, OFAC, EU export rules, CN export rules).
Generating content intended to defraud, deceive, or impersonate.
Bulk extraction of regulatory content for unauthorized resale.
Reverse-engineering the platform or circumventing rate limits.
Attempting to identify other tenants or read other tenants' data.
Uploading malware or attempting to compromise the service infrastructure.
2. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities with or without notice depending on severity. Severe violations may be reported to law enforcement.
Customers may report abuse to legal@inthoth.com.cn. We acknowledge within 1 business day.
3. Export controls
Customers are responsible for their own compliance with export controls applicable to their jurisdiction. InThoth is not exported to sanctioned countries or to denied parties on US, EU, or UN sanction lists.
