1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by the browser. They let us remember you between visits and operate features like login sessions and language preferences.
2. Categories we use
Strictly necessary — required for the service to function (e.g. session, CSRF, language). Cannot be disabled.
Functional — remember preferences (e.g. EN / zh-CN, currency selection).
Analytics — aggregate, anonymized usage (PostHog, self-hosted). Opt-in only.
Site traffic measurement — Baidu Tongji (hm.baidu.com) counts page views, referrers and rough geography for this website. Always on, because we need a basic view of how the site is used; it carries no account data and is not used for advertising.
Marketing — none by default. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
3. Your choices
Use the cookie banner shown on first visit to accept / reject analytics cookies. You can change your choice any time via the footer "Cookie preferences" link.
Site traffic measurement is not covered by that toggle. To opt out of it, use the Do-Not-Track or tracker-blocking features in your browser, or block hm.baidu.com.
Browser-level: most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Strictly-necessary cookies are required for the service to work.
4. Third-party cookies
Stripe checkout (when paying) sets cookies under Stripe's domain.
Baidu Tongji sets Hm_lvt_* / Hm_lpvt_* cookies under our own domain and HMACCOUNT under hm.baidu.com, and receives your IP address, user agent, referrer and the pages you view.
