Account menu

Your avatar in the bottom right is your personal entry point. Opening it shows your account and plan tier (Pro, for example) along with the actions you use most.

Account menu

• SettingsOpens the full settings page (account, general, memory, models, tools, and more).
• Change passwordSet a new password for your account.
• ThemeSwitch the interface colour theme quickly.
• Sign outSign out of the current account safely.

Changing your password

“Change password” in the account menu opens a dialog for setting a new password.

• Three fieldsCurrent password, new password, and confirm new password, in that order.
• Password strengthAt least 8 characters, including at least three of uppercase, lowercase, digits, and symbols. Common passwords are rejected.
• Takes effect immediatelyOnce saved it applies at once — use the new password next time you sign in.

Theme

“Theme” in the account menu switches the interface colour theme without going into settings.

• Several themesDeep teal, Mac dark, Life green, Warm orange, Clinical cyan, and Modern indigo.
• Applied instantlySelecting one previews and applies it immediately.
• Follows your accountYour choice is saved to your account, so it is the same on any device.

Notification centre

The small bell in the bottom right is the notification centre. It gathers device approvals, task progress, and system alerts in one place.

• Opening itSelect the bell icon in the bottom right to expand the list. A red dot on the bell means there is something unread.
• What arrives hereDevice, task, and system notifications — “Device approved”, for example — each with a timestamp.
• Mark all read“Mark all read” in the top right clears the unread count in one go.
• Edit“Edit” lets you manage or delete past notifications to keep the list tidy.
• When to check itWhen you sign in on a new device, or when a task you are involved in is assigned or approved.
