Knowledge base

The knowledge base holds your documents in one place and lets the AI answer from them (retrieval-augmented answering). It has three layers: personal, organizational, and public.
My knowledge base
- My knowledge baseA personal area only you can see — for your own documents and notes.
- Library treeThe left side moves between personal and public knowledge, with a clear hierarchy.
- Top tabs“Knowledge base / Knowledge capture”: the first is for finding material, the second for reviewing drafts before they enter the library.
- Create or uploadIn an empty library, select “+ New” to write an article directly, or upload a local file.
Knowledge capture
“Knowledge capture” is where knowledge drafts produced in conversations are reviewed. Only what passes review enters the knowledge base — which is what keeps its quality up.
- Pending firstKnowledge captured automatically by a digital employee, or captured by you, lands in “Pending” first.
- Review before it entersOnly approved knowledge enters the library, so unverified material never contaminates your reference base.
- Knowledge taxonomyOn entry, tag by “Domain / function” (required) and “Drug modality” (optional).
- Administrators maintain itThe taxonomy is maintained by administrators, which keeps terminology consistent across the organization.
