“Projects” separate conversations, material, and tasks by line of business. Switch to a project and your working context follows.
Project list
- Why use projectsKeeping different studies or clients apart means their conversations and files never get in each other's way, and things are faster to find.
- Two built-in projects“Draft plans” and “Unassigned” always exist. New conversations land there by default, so you do not have to create anything first.
- Toolbar“New project / View / Search / Sort” — create a project, switch between list and grid, search by name, and sort by time.
- Switching viewsList is best for scanning, grid is more visual. An empty project prompts you to select “New project”.
