Agent (digital employees)

The Agent workspace presents all your digital employees in a 3D office (Incowork) — pick one and work with it in its role. The four tabs at the top correspond to four ways of working together.

• The 3D officeDrag to rotate, scroll to zoom, and reset the view in one click — an intuitive way to find each role.
• Employee rosterAll 18 employees. The strip at the bottom lets you talk to one directly and have it act on the spot.
• Top right and side panelThe “Memory” entry point and the connection status; the “Live activity” panel on the right shows work in flight and recent events.

Memory

“Memory” manages what the AI remembers about you and what your employees remember, layered by personal, project, and team — so the AI understands you better the more you use it.

• Distribution overviewTotal number of memories and how they break down across personal, project, team, pinned, expired, and archived.
• My memoryYour own long-term memory, which you can add to, edit, and delete.
• Employee memoryWhat each digital employee has accumulated, managed the same way.
• How it updatesChoose “Automatic / Ask me first / Off” to control when the AI writes to memory.

Round table

A round table has several digital employees speak in turn on one question, then summarizes the consensus, the disagreements, and the action items.

• State the questionWrite out the question or the decision to be made.
• Pick 2–6 employeesChoose the participants by role — between two and six of them.
• Set rounds and sensitivityDecide how many rounds to run and screen by data sensitivity, then select “Start round table”.
• Past round tablesReview the full transcript and export it as a record of how the decision was made.

Deep research

Deep research breaks a large question into sub-questions, searches your organization's knowledge base for each, and synthesizes a report with citations.

• Your library onlyBy default it searches only your organization's knowledge base and does not go online, so every result can be traced to its source.
• If you need the webFor a review that needs online sources, just say “research X in depth” in a conversation.
• Past researchLists the question, status, and time. Select “View report” to read the result.
• When to use itSystematic surveys of internal material, without the manual searching.

Workflow orchestration

Workflow orchestration builds reusable workflows from a deterministic state machine plus an LLM. The canvas and the JSON stay in sync, so editing either one updates the other.

• Node typesSix of them — llm_step, tool_call, branch, approval, dispatch, and end — assembled like building blocks.
• Generate from a templateGenerate a working workflow from a role template in one click, then adapt it.
• Automatic dispatchAssign a digital employee to each role and the workflow routes work to them at run time.
