The task board assigns, claims, tracks, and approves work by priority. It is the hub of team collaboration.

- What each row showsStatus, due date, and origin, so progress is obvious at a glance.

- New task“New task” in the top right creates and assigns work.
Notification binding
Offline notification binding solves the “nobody knew about the task because I was not online” problem: assignments, approvals, nudges, and due dates are delivered to you according to these settings.
- Delivery channelsWeCom first, email as a fallback — two routes so nothing is missed.
- Summary onlyNotifications carry only the title and a link, never the body of the task, which keeps the content safe.
- Blank means noneLeave the fields empty and you will not receive offline notifications.
- How to fill it inEnter your email address and WeCom member ID, then save the binding.
