The first few settings are about you — your account and quota, the look of the interface, your memory policy, your default model, and version information.

Account and plan

“Account and plan” shows your account details and plan quota. The data comes from the SSO and billing services; this page is read-only.

• Account detailsYour account name and registered email, for identity checks and support tickets.
• Plan and expiryYour plan tier and expiry date (for example Pro, expiring 2026/10/1).
• Quota barUsed versus total quota (for example ¥2.85 of ¥399.00) and your current balance.
• Renew in timeRenew or upgrade before your quota runs out or your plan expires, to avoid interruption.

General

“General” sets the look of the interface and basic preferences for the AI's behaviour. Changes take effect immediately.

• ThemeDeep teal, Mac dark, Life green, Warm orange, Clinical cyan, or Modern indigo.
• Text sizeAdjust the size of interface and conversation text to whatever is comfortable.
• Navigation styleThe left navigation can show icons only, or icons with labels.
• Input and languagePreferences for composer auto-fill, interface language, and the like.

Memory

“Memory” manages what the AI remembers about you and your personal knowledge. It is isolated per account and used to personalize answers.

• Distribution overviewHow many memories there are and how they break down across personal, project, team, and so on.
• Adding memoryYou can add custom memories and document knowledge.
• Isolated per accountMemory belongs to your account alone and never leaks into anyone else's.

Models

“Models” chooses the model tier used by default, or connects a custom model.

• Hosted tiersCortex1.0 Lite, Pro, and Max — hosted by the platform and available according to your plan.
• Set as defaultYour choice becomes the default model for conversations.
• Switching per conversationYou can still switch tiers temporarily from the composer in any single conversation.

About

“About” shows the application version, deployment information, and the feedback entry point. Including the version and environment when you report a problem saves a round of questions.

• Version informationApplication name, web version (for example V1.0.1 · 2026-08-31), and server address.
• Copy in one clickThe icon on the right copies the version or the address.
• Report a problem“Report a problem” copies your version and environment in one click — send that along with your description to support.
